Escape. Feel. Reconnect.

The Sacred Wylds

About

„Willkommen, Suchender…

This space was made for the moments when everything feels like too much.

The Journey Back to yourself

The 4 Paths of Ithariel.

Your journey through the Sacred Wylds follows four quiet paths, not something you need to master, but something you naturally move through.

Escape

Step away from the noise, the pressure, and the constant input and step into a slower environment where your mind can settle and your body can begin to relax.

Feel

Soften, breathe, and notice what your body has been trying to tell you. Tension, emotions, sensations, allowing yourself to feel them without needing to change or fix anything.

Reconnect

Sit with your thoughts, emotions, and inner patterns through gentle, guided questions, reconnecting with yourself and what you truly need.

Express

Give yourself space to focus on what truly matters to you and begin to express it whether through writing, drawing, or quiet creation by adding simple routines into your everyday life.

I think it’s time I introduce myself.
You’ve already felt it, haven’t you?

The quiet moments. The pauses. The small questions that seem to appear out of nowhere. That’s where I’ve been. Walking beside you, just out of sight.

Meet Your Guide

Flimm, the Guiding Ember

Within the Sacred Wylds, Flimm walks beside you — a small, glowing wisp moving quietly through the forest.

He seems to respond not just to where you go, but to what you feel.

Flimm drifts closer when something within you begins to stir — when a thought lingers, a feeling surfaces, or something asks for your attention.

In those moments, he gently guides you through quiet questions, small prompts, and subtle check-ins woven into your path.

I don’t light the way ahead. I simply help you see what’s been hidden in the dark.

Hi, I’m Joshua — the creator of Ananthara.

As a neurodivergent person, I know what it feels like when the world, the pressure, and everything you have to do becomes too loud. When your mind is full, your body is tense, and even the things you love start to feel heavy.

After going through multiple burnouts and my own path of inner work and spiritual education, I realized something had to change.

The Sacred Wylds are my way of bringing together the things that helped me find my way back: storytelling, reflection, gentle rituals, journaling, creativity, and honest inner work.

Inside this space, I’ll guide you through questions, check-ins, and small practices that help you understand your patterns, process what’s coming up, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.

FAQ

It’s designed to help you slow down, process your thoughts, and reconnect with yourself through immersive storytelling and gentle practices.

  • Inside the Sacred Wylds, you’ll find:

    • Guided journaling and reflection prompts

    It’s for you if:

    • you feel overstimulated by the constant noise, input, or pressure

    • you’ve lost connection to your thoughts, feelings, or creativity

    • you’re tired of surface-level self-care and want something deeper

    • you want a space to slow down, reflect, and simply be

You don’t need to be creative or spiritual.

Just open to slowing down — and listening to what’s already there.

  • The Sacred Wylds are not just routines or tips. They are an immersive, story-driven experience.

You move through a fantasy world, guided by characters like Flimm and other beings of Ananthara, while engaging in journaling, rituals, and reflection. It’s closer to a quiet, interactive journey — almost like stepping into a slow, reflective video game — than traditional self-care.

  • No.

The Sacred Wylds are not a form of therapy or medical treatment.
They are a reflective, supportive space designed to help you slow down, process your thoughts, and reconnect with yourself.

If you’re going through something deeper or need professional support, it’s important to seek guidance from a qualified therapist.

  • Yes. The Sacred Wylds (and the Academy) are part of an ongoing subscription you can return to whenever you need.

You can cancel at any time through your PayPal account by going to your automatic payments and stopping the subscription. You’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

    No pressure, no long-term commitment.

  • You can begin with a free introduction to the Sacred Wylds — including your first Field Notes, guided meditation, and selected chapters from the journey.

It’s a gentle way to explore the world, experience the atmosphere, and see if it resonates with you before going deeper.

  • That can happen — and it’s completely okay.

The Sacred Wylds are designed to be gentle, and you’re always in control of how deep you go.
You can pause, step away, or take things slowly at any time.

You don’t have to process everything at once.
Sometimes simply noticing what’s there is enough.

And if you find yourself feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or facing deeper patterns that are hard to move through alone, you don’t have to navigate that by yourself.

Alongside the Sacred Wylds, I offer 1:1 guidance for those who want a more personal, deeper level of support.

This can be especially helpful if you:

    • feel stuck in recurring patterns

    • want clarity in your life or creative direction

    • need support working through deeper emotional blocks

However, the Sacred Wylds are not a replacement for therapy or medical care, and I don’t replace a licensed therapist or doctor.
If you’re dealing with more serious or ongoing challenges, it’s important to seek support from a qualified professional.

  • My work is rooted in a combination of reflection, coaching, and deeper inner work.

I’m trained in spiritual life counseling and coaching, and currently in training as a practitioner for psychotherapy.

Alongside this, I work with practices such as energy work, somatic awareness, and ancestral reflection — always in a grounded, practical way that supports real-life integration.

Everything inside the Sacred Wylds is designed to feel safe, slow, and supportive — not overwhelming or forceful.

  • No. While there is a deeper story woven into the world, you can explore the Sacred Wylds freely.

If you don’t want to follow the Story, you can access the meditation room or have some Check-in with Flimm.
Follow what resonates with you in the moment — there’s no right or wrong way to move through it.

  • New parts of the world, reflections, and practices are added over time — allowing the experience to grow and evolve.

  • You’ll get access to the core experience immediately, with more parts of the world and content unfolding over time.

  • After joining, you’ll get access to the Sacred Wylds through a private membership area hosted on Squarespace.

Everything is organized in one place — including the journal experiences, rituals, meditations, and story elements — so you can explore it at your own pace.

You can log in anytime, from any device.

  • The live sessions are quiet creative co-working spaces where you can draw, write, journal, reflect, or simply be present alongside others.

Sometimes I start with meditations, fantasy stories, or some practices to calm down.

There’s no pressure to speak, share, or perform. You can use the time as a gentle creative timeout.

Some sessions may be recorded and added to the member area, so you can revisit them later like a calm lo-fi session in the background.

You’ll find upcoming dates and links inside your member dashboard.

  • Once a month, I offer a free 1:1 session (1 hour) for members who want to go a bit deeper.

You can sign up for a spot if you feel like you need support with something specific — whether that’s a pattern you’re noticing, something emotional that came up, or simply needing clarity.

Spots are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis.

  • The Academy is the complementary space to the Sacred Wylds.

While the Wylds focus on reflection and reconnecting, the Academy helps you bring structure into your creative work — from content creation and storytelling to building systems that support your ideas without burning you out.

Together, they create a balance between inner work and real-world creation.
